November 2021, Dwelo mergered with leading smart lock company, Level Home. In addition to the merger the combined entity raised $100 million in Series C financing from Cox Communication and Walmart.

In Feb 2021, Opiniion raised a $3M round of financing led by Frazier Group. AIM Ventura Capital, RET Ventures, and Tamarak Capital Partners also participated.
